                   NKRA   2010   PRESTIGEOUS NUMBERS
                        SCORING   SYSTEM  BRIEFLY  EXPLAINED
FOR FULL  NKRA CHAMPIONSHIPS REGULATIONS SEE NKRA DROPDOWN MENU ON HOME PAGE -

The overall end of year Final poisitions are determined by adding together  2 sets of

points.  This allows  for a combination of the ‘fast’ and the ‘consistant’  & reveals a

               true  Champion & ranking order.

1.            One half of the overall total counting from the appropriate North / South / Scotland

Regional  Victory Challenge  positions.  NORTH          SOUTH      SCOTLAND
(Click on the above regions for results so far)

2.            One half of the overall total counting from the NKRA Grande Final  positions.

3.            To equalise scores from the  regional competition, when different numbers of drivers
are  competing in each region,  the final scores are scaled by percentage as follows.

The percentage points are calculated by dividing the National overall total of registered

drivers in the class  by the Regional  overall total of registered  drivers in the class and

then multiplying by the driver`s own position in the regional Challenge . These scores

are to  be finalised  and circulated   prior to the Grande Finals to ensure  competitors

know  their  overall  positions and  requirements going  in to the Grande Final.  In the

Grande Final there is not any scaling as all are eligible to compete together.
